anyone else cant get their CE in game items?

all thats showing up when i claim my items are just normal pre order items,im all logged out and stuff kept relogging to see if it changes,is there serial or number you gotta apply before you claim items?

Have you entered your CE serial number onto your account yet? If you only entered the Pre-order serial number you will only have access to your Pre-order items. You will need to log into your account on aion and click on Upgrade account and enter the serial number found in your CE box.
