How to get fit while playing Aion

I just went on mmorpg.com to get my daily news of mmorpg and i fell on this video : YouTube - Level Up Your Fitness (and Character)

So now, everyone of us can get fit while playing their favorite game !

LOL, WTH. Thanks for sharing. I'm rikimaru_X on the forums....I really should be checking out the aion forums more again. That's funny but I actually work out during and before Aion time. It's need how they did the flight emote with the controlers even if it was a little rusty. Now what they should do is translate that into fighting.
