• About Me: I might come off as a little bit mean but that's just me being silly. If you find it offensive just yell at me, I'll stop, I just like to goof around. I am brand new to Aion, just picked it up a few days ago and started leveling a gladiator. I didn't choose gladiator because everyone plays it or because its the easiest, it just seemed fun to me (I almost leveled a Cleric). I don't know too much about the game or other classes other than the basics, and the fact that Sorcerers are OP at low levels. Mostly focussing on leveling for now, with a little bit of work on some professions, with Weaponsmithing as my main (currently debating between armorsmithing and handicrafting for my second master prof). While I may be inexperienced in this game, I have plenty of experience in WoW, so I should be able to grasp things quickly.

Well, back in the winter of '72 I came across a horse who wanted to fly. I told him that was impossible and just then a man by the name of Cornelius came forth, offering us both the ability to fly. I noticed his eyes were ablaze, and I saw a mad man in his gaze. We hesitantly accepted the offer, and grew fantastic wings. It was a cold night, and so Jerome (my new horse friend) and I decided to show them off to a crowd of people, instead of taking to the sky. Suddenly, the crowd broke, and a young boy appeared. He looked Cornelius in the eye, and proclaimed "In the name of God my father I'll fly!". His eyes seemed glazed... and he flew on his wings of a dream. I flew high on my wings like an eagle. I flew as high as the sun. In fact... we flew directly towards the sun... Jerome and I yelled "No!", but alas, it was too late. As The young boy discovered he had been fooled, his wings turned to ashes, and to ashes his grave. We returned to the ground, and swore a vendetta against the old man, and our battle cut our world in half like a fruit. The old man and his crowd became what are today known as the Asmodians on the top half of the planet, and We called ourselves the Elyos. And so began the war...

Idk where NCSoft got their info from, but I think its ridiculous they created a game like this without checking their facts on the History of Aion.
