Guess I never really thought of it in terms of good or bad player, But imo everyone in the legion should be a good player and if not they have the rest of the legion to help them become one.

(Not saying I've seen anyone in the legion that fits this, BUT)

Sometimes it is Impossible, to make a bad player good, I have come across quite a few that are completely hopeless.

A DKP system really does not take into account good or bad player either. The points are always awarded for showing up. Speaking as a person who tries my best to do my best (but not always as good as the younger kids at grasping all aspects of my character out of the gate), I do not believe I would be considered a great player, but certainly some one who tries to become great.
